Ray said Took me from novice to pretty comfortable. I am pretty sure anyone at any level will get a lot out of this DVD. I started as a complete novice and was able to completely replace the deck of my house. It took a while but the DVD gave some key ideas that really saved me a whole lot of time.. Scott Schuttner Is a Master Carpenter great video for the proper layout and execution of building a deck. The manufacturer Taunton press no longer makes this DVD, why I don't know. If you can find it on amazon used you should definitely get it.
