It contained quite a bit of information on whales, but not too much for young readers to digest. The illustrations could have been a bit more varied.. "Beautiful!" according to consortium. Great message and great science too. My preschooler and his teacher loved this book. Opened a whole discussion about mammals and oviparous animals.
