This is not so much a content review as it is an important notification to potential purchasers of the poor packaging of the Kessinger Publishing version of this book.The Kessinger Publishing version is blurry; it even pre-warns readers that pages may be missing; and almost half of every presented page is white space (the image-copied book pages are far smaller than the Kessinger pages).It seems that the Kessinger Publishing version is a very-nicely-hardbound photocopy including the image-copied original's marks, imperfections, and underlining.I cannot comment on any other publisher's version of this book.
