"I would give more than 5 STARS if that were an option. BRAVA Callie Hutton BRAVA !!!!!""I highly recommend this wonderful story of Anna and Wes and their unusual romance.""A Tumble Through Time engaged and captivated me from the opening scene."
But when danger arrives in the form of stagecoach hold ups where drivers and passengers are being killed, Anna torments Wes with plans to help him bring in the outlaws. Since he fights his own inner demons, the last thing he needs is an attraction to a woman who has given him no clear idea who she is. She is anxious for the hearing that will reinstate her law enforcement career, but an encounter with a strange Native American woman sends Anna back in time to the year 1870. Anna Devlin, a recently jilted bounty hunter is a modern woman from the twenty-first century. Federal Marshal Wesley Shannon of Denton, Kansas, has no idea where this woman with the strange clothing and way of speaking came from. Will Wes be able to keep Anna out of harm’s way, or will his attraction to her distract him enough that they are both in danger?
"Really good story but.too much bed hopping" according to Mary Jane Kail. Modern day bounty hunter Anna Devlin is being forced from the police department after filing several sexual harassment charges against her partner. After walking in on her husband-to-be & her best friend having one last fling takes off for Kansas where her only living relative resides. Tia Rosa is her Mother's youngest sister at Millville Nursing Home and after spending time with her Anna heads for the nearest motel before taking the highway to Tulsa. She is drawn to a Native American store where she encounters an old Indian woman who tells her she will show her where she can begin her journey to peace. "Loved It" according to Kindle Customer. Awesome story, Anne did better than I would have being transported back in time. I would have lost it. No running water, no microwave, no internet. I really enjoyed the story, how Anne found her true love in the 1800s . There were times I was laughing out loud at the different jobs Anne had and if I had to go back in time I hoped my hero would be like Wes. This story had humor, stagecoach robbers, some sexual harassment, rape, and true love that transcend time. "Loved this story" according to Amazon Customer. One of the best time travel books I have read!
