"Delightful cookbook for kids and their parents" according to Rebecca W. Boren. Each letter of the alphabet is matched with a letter. The recipe is on the left side of the page and a series of photographs on the right shows children how to prepare the recipe. The kids are darling and obviously having a good time cooking in their chef's hats and aprons. The book is colorful and includes an introduction showing how to do some basic cooking skills: breaking an egg, etc. Most recipes call for adult supervision. What a great way for adults and children to interact.. It was damaged!! The book came damaged!!!! The box itself wasn't damaged at all, that's how I knew it was packed that way!! These recipes are healthy but a bit too much for kids in my opinion. The ages should be like 8 and up. Nothing sooner! With as much as you pay, I would expect better and THE PRODUCT NOT BE DAMAGED!! I'm not dealing with a return It's not worth my time
